From forging to finishing, all the principal stages of the production are mastered in the AU SABOT cutlery workshops. All the operations in the manufacture of knives are under control at a single site, thus ensuring independence and responsiveness.
In September 2008, the AU SABOT cutlery received the award "Living Heritage Enterprise" from the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment. This award is given to enterprises that have distinguished themselves by their exceptional skills. This award recognises the labour and perseverance of on entire team. More than twenty persons share today the same enthusiasm and love for their work, that have created the reputation of the AU SABOT cutlery, firmly orienting it to the future.
